Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Plinths Studio order.

Standard products
If you purchase one of our standard products online and change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel.

Items must then be returned to us in good condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please package returned plinths carefully. We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if an item has been handled beyond what would normally be necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

Custom and bespoke products
Products made specifically to your individual requirements, including custom dimensions, bespoke designs or specially requested colours/finishes that are not part of our standard range, cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or damaged items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Natural characteristics of 3D printing
Our products are made using 3D-printed PLA. Fine layer lines, minor texture variations and small differences associated with the 3D-printing process are normal characteristics of the manufacturing method and are not considered faults where they do not affect the product’s intended use.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
