Shipping policy

Processing times
All Plinths Studio products are made to order. Our usual production and dispatch time is 5–10 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with you before purchase.

Priority Production
If your order is required within 5 working days, please select Priority Production at checkout. This moves your order ahead in our production queue and includes tracked UK delivery. Priority Production does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless this has been agreed with us in advance.

Delivery times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. They are separate from our production time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Custom orders
Custom sizes, colours or larger orders may require additional production time. We will confirm any different lead time when providing your quote.

Delivery delays
We will always aim to meet the estimated timescale, but courier delays can occasionally occur outside our control. If you have a specific event or required-by date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

Damaged parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your parcel or products arrive damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and affected item so we can help resolve the issue.
